The Rites of Hekate

29th March - 2nd April 2027
Lagina Türkiye This was her great sanctuary, where the Carian Greeks maintained her flame and celebrated her mysteries with processions, rites, and the annual carrying of her sacred key from Lagina to Stratonikeia. It was not merely a temple but a living centre of her cult, a place where the boundary between the human and the chthonic grew genuinely thin. The new course on the Rites of Hekate takes Lagina as its spiritual and historical anchor, working outward through the full breadth of her tradition. She is Trimorphe, the three-formed one who stands at the crossroads of past, present, and future; she is the torchbearer who lights the path through the underworld; she is keeper of the keys, mistress of the liminal, the force that governs thresholds of every kind. To study her rites properly is to understand that she demands genuine engagement, not passive observation. The course moves through historical practice, ritual methodology, and living devotion, bringing those who undertake it into direct encounter with one of the most formidable and many-layered goddesses of the ancient world.
