Artist-Philosopher - Peggy Lou
I love creating new concepts, but my biggest passion is writing philosophy. I write papers, maintain a blog, and am currently working on a book project. Occasionally, I also create drawings, and I’m one of the vocalists for the metal band Counter Creation.
I hold an honors degree in pedagogy and have studied philosophy for a year. With 13 years of experience, I’ve run my own business focused on alternative perspectives on ADHD and autism, providing lectures, workshops, and coaching. After experiencing burnout, I sought to reinvent myself and discovered that many of my ideas aligned with the Left-Hand Path. My exploration of spiritual and occult movements began with Paganism, followed by Hermeticism, and culminated in the Left-Hand Path, which felt like finding my long-lost home, especially with Luciferianism resonating as a more balanced perspective compared to modern Satanism. For years, I kept my occult interests and 'witchy' side hidden due to skepticism in my environment. Although I started as a skeptic, I encountered experiences that defied conventional explanations. Working with different gods, demons, and entities has been enriching, and I believe that, when approached with understanding, these experiences offer profound benefits and invaluable wisdom, even from their challenging lessons. |
Another passion of mine is animals, particularly spiders, insects, and reptiles. I own several and love learning about them, often seeking them out in nature. This interest has led me to work with the entity Barbatos, who is said to grant the ability to understand the spoken language of animals. For me, this deepens my understanding of animal behavior and helps me connect with them. Since working with Barbatos, I often find the exact spiders or insects I'm looking for, even in unexpected places, like when a centipede appeared in our hallway after a fruitless day of searching.
I’ve spent considerable time working with demons like Asmodeus and Purson, along with other entities, but I rarely discuss these experiences in my philosophical papers. My work focuses on substantiating philosophical ideas, many of which are antinomian, which is why I describe my philosophy as 'antinomian philosophy.' On my blog, I’m more open about my interest in concepts beyond conventional science while still emphasizing the importance of grounding my thoughts in substantiation. Another aspect of my life I’ve sometimes kept hidden is my chronic pain condition. I experience an average of 16 migraine attacks per month, and while I have medication, it’s not always effective. This made it impossible to work for an employer and challenging to run my own business, eventually leading to burnout. However, I see this as both a curse and a blessing, as enduring pain has given me a deeper appreciation for life’s good moments. Five years ago, I decided to start writing down my ideas. I had always enjoyed writing during my time at university, and running my own business allowed me the freedom to pursue it. After my burnout two years ago, I nearly stopped working, but this gave me the opportunity to complete my philosophical papers. It felt like a fresh start, allowing me to embrace my true self. During this time, I also started a band, deepened my knowledge of spiders and insects—particularly spiders—and began thinking about incorporating more spirituality into my coaching. I even explored giving manifestation workshops with friends and am considering developing a course around these ideas. The world feels full of possibilities, and I’m eager to dive into as many new experiences as I can. Here, you can listen to my band's first single, "Demonized," which tells the story of how Abrahamic religions have demonized ancient gods and other things they fear or don't understand: youtu.be/stTW3mEI48A This is my page: https://peggylou77.mystrikingly.com/ |
